Things you won't have!
Levy is a bit different than most startups. One could say we move to our beat but we like it that way and it's led to continuous profitability and growth. The "product" role is nontraditional. That means you won't have:
- Any engineers to build product. Everything we do today (and at least for a while into the future) must be made using people power and low-code/no-code tools. We believe in crafting delight before crafting for scale.
- Direct reports or people to manage. You will oversee all Directly Responsible Individual's ("DRIs") projects. You are responsible for driving and measuring delightful outcomes. However, these individuals won't report to you.
Compensation
Compensation potential varies based on skillset and experience.
